两种不同方法矫治内眦赘皮患者疗效比较

Comparison of the Curative Effect of Two Different Methods in the Correction of Epicanthus

目的:分析比较L形水平移位内眦赘皮矫正术与V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术对内眦赘皮患者的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月于笔者医院接受治疗的105例内眦赘皮患者,依据数字表法随机分为对照组50例、研究组55例,对照组行V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术,研究组行L形水平移位内眦赘皮矫正术。对比两组眼外形变化及美观效果情况,选用瘢痕评价量表(Scar evaluation scale,PSAS)及观测者瘢痕评价量表(Observer scar evaluation scale,OSAS)测定瘢痕评分,观察并记录患者临床疗效、满意度、并发症发生情况。结果:与对照组相比,研究组睑裂水平长度、睑裂垂直高度、睫毛暴露长度、睫毛上翘度均较高,睑裂长度(Layer fracture length,HLFL)水平升高,内眦间距(Inner canthic diameter,ICD)、HLFL/ICD水平均降低,PSAS、OSAS评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(94.55%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症总发生率(20.00%)高于研究组(5.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度(98.18%)较高于对照组(82.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与V-Y内眦赘皮矫正术相比,L形水平移位内眦赘皮矫正术整体效果可达到更为理想的临床要求,可改善患者眼外形变化,降低术后瘢痕增生,且术后并发症发生情况较低,安全性较高。

Objective The efiects of L-shaped horizontal displacement internal canthus correction and V-Y internal canthus patients were analyzed.Methods A total of 105 medial epicanthus patients treated in the author’s hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and 50 cases from control group and 55 patients from study group underwent V-Y medial epicanthus correction,and control group underwent L-shaped horizontal displacement medial epicanthus correction.Compare the eye shape change and aesthetic efiect of the 2 groups.Comparing the eye shape change and aesthetic efiect of group 2,scar evaluation scale(Scar evaluation scale,PSAS)and observer scar evaluation scale(Observer scar evaluation scale,OSAS)were used to determine the scar score,clinical efficacy,satisfaction,and complications were observed and recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the horizontal length of eyelid fi ssure,vertical height,eyelash exposure length,and upper eyelash warping increased significantly,HLFL increased,ICD and HLFL/ICD reduced,the PSAS and OSAS scores in the study group were lower and were statistically difierent(P<0.05).The total response rate in the study group(94.55%)was higher than the control group(80.00%),significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the control group(20.00%)was higher than that in the study group(5.45%),and it was statistically different(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction in the study group(98.18%)was higher than that in the control group(82.00%),and there was no statistical difierence(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with V-Y medial canthus correction,the overall efiect of"L"horizontal displacement medial canthus correction can achieve more ideal clinical requirements,improve the eye shape changes,reduce postoperative scar hyperplasia,and have lower postoperative complications and high safety.
