摘要
社会主义现代化建设急需大量高素质技术技能人才,而人才的发展质量在一定程度上依赖于职教师资,因此,培养“双师型”教师乃时代之义。但在“双师型”教师培养过程中却存在培养标准缺乏、校企共育的权责范围模糊以及尚未形成完整的培养模式等问题。为此,基于新版《职业教育法》相关内容,以“宏观—中观—微观”的角度进行逻辑架构,坚持统筹兼顾、协同共治以及博采众长的逻辑指标,提出以完善“双师型”教师培养标准为出发点、加强校企合作培养“双师型”教师契约的有效性和长久化、建设“双师型”教师内部培养平台等新时代“双师型”教师培养路径。
Socialist modernization urgently needs a large number of high-quality technical and skilled personnel,and the development quality of personnel depends to a certain extent on vocational teachers,so the cultivation of"double-qulified"teachers is the meaning of the times.However,in the process of cultivating"double-qulified"teacher,there are some problems such as a lack of training standards,unclear scope of responsibilities for school and enterprise,and incomplete training models.Therefore,based on the relevant content of the new Vocational Education Law,this paper carries out the logical structure from the perspective of"macro-mesoscopic-micro",adheres to the logical indicators of overall consideration,collaborative governance and learning from others.This paper puts forward the construction path of"double-qualified"teacher training in the new era,such as improving the"double-qualified"teacher training standards,strengthening the effectiveness and permanence of the school-enterprise teacher training contract,and building an internal training platform for"double-qualified"teachers.
