摘要
“职教高考”是职业教育专门性高考,与普通高考具有同等功能,对加快推动现代职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。鉴于当前“职教高考”面临认可度低、人才成长通道受阻滞、生源流动渠道不通畅和考试评价机制不健全等困境,山东省以试点先行,对“职教高考”改革进行了多方实践探索,并率先做出突破。我国“职教高考”改革可借鉴和推广“山东经验”,提高职教地位,扭转对“职教高考”的片面认知;拓宽晋升路径,畅通“职教高考”升学渠道;加强职普融通,优化“职教高考”生源结构;完善考评机制,培养德技兼备的高素质人才,以期全面推进“职教高考”改革。
Vocational education college entrance examination is a specialized college entrance examination of vocational education,which has the same function as the ordinary college entrance examination,and is of great significance to accelerate the high-quality development of modern vocational education.In view of the current difficulties faced by the current vocational education college entrance examination,such as recognition stigmatization,blocked talent growth channels,unsmooth student flow channels and unsound examination evaluation mechanism,Shandong Province has carried out many practical explorations on the reform of"college entrance examination of vocational education"and taken the lead in making breakthroughs.The reform of"vocational education college entrance examination"in China can learn from and promote the"Shandong experience",improve the status of vocational education to reverse the one-sided cognition of"vocational education college entrance examination",broaden the promotion path to smooth the channels of"vocational education college entrance examination",strengthen the integration between general education and vocational education to optimize the recruitment structure of"vocational education college entrance examination",and perfect the examination evaluation mechanism to cultivate high-quality talents with both morality and skills,so as to comprehensively promote the reform of"vocational education college entrance examination".
