黑龙江省生态环境发展问题与对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures of Ecological Environment Development in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省是我国地域大省,位于我国的东北边陲,自然资源丰富。在粗放型经济发展方式下,生态环境存在一定的问题。本文概述了黑龙江省的生态环境与资源现状,分析了黑龙江省面临的主要生态环境问题,提出黑龙江省生态环境发展对策:通过创新驱动发展战略、转变经济发展方式、改善农业农村生态环境、提升生态环境监管能力等方式,建设持续健康发展的美丽黑龙江。

Heilongjiang province is a big regional province in China,which locates in northeast border and has abundant natural resources.As a resource-based province,Heilongjiang has some ecological environment problems under the extensive economic development mode.This paper summarized the status quo of ecological environment and resources in Heilongjiang Province,analyzed the main ecological environment problems faced by Heilongjiang province,and put forward the countermeasures for the development of ecological environmentin Heilongjiang Province,including proposing innovation-driven development strategy,transforming economic development mode,improving agricultural and rural ecological environment,enhancing the ability of ecological environment supervision,etc.,finally building a sustainable and healthy development of beautiful Heilongjiang Province.
