中医穴位贴敷结合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患儿临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Montelukast Sodium on Children with Bronchial Asthma

目的:分析中医穴位贴敷结合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患儿的临床效果。方法:选取河南省中医院2019年8月至2022年2月收治的90例支气管哮喘患儿,采用信封法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患儿采取孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组患儿在对照组上联合中医穴位贴敷,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患儿用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿日间及夜间哮喘症状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对支气管哮喘患儿采取中医穴位贴敷结合孟鲁司特钠可有效提高疗效,显著改善哮喘症状,改善血清学指标。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese mdicine(TCM)acupoint application combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods 90 childrens with bronchial asthma admitted to Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 45 cases in each group by envelope method.Children in the control group were treated with montelukast sodium,and children in the observation group were treated with TCM acupoint application on the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of daytime and nighttime asthma symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with bronchial asthma,TCM acupuncture point application combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,significantly improve the symptoms of asthma,and improve the serological indexes.
