高尿酸血症与心房颤动关系及发病机制的研究进展

摘要 高尿酸血症是心房颤动发生的独立危险因素,其可能通过氧化应激、炎症、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、尿酸沉积等途径诱发心房颤动,引起心房电重构和结构重构,促进心房颤动的发生和发展。目前高尿酸血症在心房颤动发病中的作用机制尚未阐明。本文就高尿酸血症与心房颤动的关系、高尿酸血症引起心房颤动可能机制的研究进展作一综述。 Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor of atrial fibrillation,and it may cause electrical and structural remodeling of the atria and promote the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation via oxidative stress,inflammatory response,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,and uric acid deposition,etc.The mechanism of hyperuricemia in atrial fibrillation has not been elucidated.This paper reviews the relationship between hyperuricemia and atrial fibrillation and its potential pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation induced by hyperuricemia.
