多元共治的噪声污染防治监管模式探究

Research on the Supervision Model of Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Based on Multiple Co-governance

本文系统梳理了《中华人民共和国噪声污染防治法》《“十四五”噪声污染防治行动计划》《关于推动职能部门做好生态环境保护工作的意见》等关于噪声污染防治监管体制的相关规定,以期为我国噪声污染防治工作提供参考。

This paper systematically orders the relevant regulations on the supervision system of noise pollution prevention and control,such as the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Noise Pollution,the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"Action Plan for Noise Pollution Prevention and Control,and the Opinions on Promoting Functional Departments to Do Well in Ecological Environment Protection,with a view to providing beneficial support for the prevention and control of noise pollution in China.
