Analysis on the Problems and Strategies of Community Noise

社会生活噪声是环境噪声的主要来源之一,具有声源种类多、点多面广、贴近公众等特点。社会生活噪声管控难度大,近年来已成为各大城市的噪声信访投诉热点,本文主要以上海市为例,剖析社会生活噪声污染的主要问题、影响特点,排摸管控中存在的难点,并提出设备类噪声强化源头控制与企业自查自管,行为类噪声积极推广居民自治、公民参与等解决对策。

Community noise is the main problems of environmental noise.It involves multiple types of noise,with characteristics of scattered impact and proximity to the public.In recent years,community noise has become the focus of noise complaints in major cities because it is difficult to control.This paper analyzes the main problems and influence characteristics of noise pollution in social life,as well as the difficulties of control.For equipment noise,it is suggested to strengthen the source control and enterprise self-inspection and self-management;For behavioral noise,it is proposed to promote residents autonomy and citizen participation.
