城市轨道交通噪声影响现状问题分析及对策建议

Analysis of Current Situation of Urban Rail Transit Noise and Related Countermeasures

本文在概述钢轮钢轨系统噪声组成及影响特点的基础上,分析了造成噪声影响问题的原因,提出开展全面的基础性研究、修订和补充相关的噪声标准、强化地铁工程建设过程中的环保介入机制以及提升噪声综合控制技术水平等对策建议,以期逐步解决城市轨道交通的噪声影响问题。

Based on the overview of the noise composition and influence characteristics of the steel wheel and rail system,this paper analyzed the causes of current problem relating to noise influence.The paper also put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as carrying out a comprehensive basic research,revising and supplementing the relevant noise standards,strengthening the environmental protection intervention mechanism in the process of subway construction,as well as improving the technical level of comprehensive noise control.It is expected that through efforts and development in a certain stage,the problem of noise influence caused by urban rail transit can be gradually solved.
