摘要
人大代表利用短视频与群众进行沟通、重塑自身形象是一个新的网络现象。基于国外学者对议员互联网使用情况的研究,引入内容分析法,构建出评价代表是否有效使用互联网的分析框架。研究发现,人大代表均试图利用短视频达到自我形象展示、与群众进行沟通的目的,但视频时长、字幕使用情况等影响短视频传播效果的要素仍需代表重点关注。短视频存在私人生活分享占比大;与代表工作内容相关的短视频分享时间集中、形式单一;互动频率低且质量不高;视频未能进行良好的正能量宣传等问题。通过即时发布、永久更新短视频这一策略,具有可接近性、现场感、亲密感的视频也构建了一个多层次的代表形象。此研究可以为人大代表更加有效地使用互联网提供建议。
Based on the research of foreign scholars on the Internet usage of parliamentarians,the content analysis method is introduced to construct an analysis framework for evaluating whether representatives use the Internet effectively.It is found that NPC deputies all try to use short videos to achieve the purpose of self-image display and communication with the masses,but the factors affecting the dissemination effect of short videos,such as video duration and subtitle usage,still need to be paid attention to.Short videos have a large proportion of private life sharing;Short videos related to the work of representatives are shared in a centralized time and in a single form;Low frequency and low quality of interactions;Issues such as the video failing to make a good positive publicity.Through the strategy of instant release and permanent update of short videos,videos with accessibility,presence,and intimacy also build a multi-level representative image.This study can provide recommendations for NPC deputies to use the Internet more effectively.
