Analysis on the Construction of Double-qualified and Double-competent Teaching Staff in Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities from the Perspective of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation

摘要 对于应用型本科院校来讲,师资队伍建设是最基本的内涵建设,双师双能型师资队伍建设是当前双创背景下应用型本科院校改革和转型发展的热点话题。分析双师双能型师资队伍建设现实意义,探讨应用型本科院校双师双能型师资队伍建设的路径分析,以期能带来思路借鉴价值。 For application-oriented undergraduate universities,the construction of teaching staff is the most basic connotation construction,and the construction of double-qualified and double-competent teaching staff is a hot topic in the reform and transformation of application-oriented undergraduate universities under the current background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.This paper analyzes the practical significance of the construction of double-qualified and double-competent teaching staff,and discusses the specific strategies of the construction of double-qualified and double-competent teaching staff in application-oriented undergraduate universities,hoping to bring ideas and reference value.
