高校智库党建工作的意义、挑战与对策研究

Research on the Significance,Challenge and Countermeasure of the Party Building Work of University Think Tank

[目的/意义]坚持党管智库,牢牢把握和坚持党对智库建设的领导权,是新时代加强高校智库建设必须始终遵循的基本政治原则,也是高校智库承担历史使命、履行时代责任的源头活力。加强党建工作对建设高水平的中国特色新型高校智库具有重大意义。[方法/过程]为了探讨新时代高校智库党建工作的策略与路径,本文论证了加强高校智库党建工作的战略意义,分析了在百年未有之大变局和中华民族伟大复兴战略全局背景下,高校智库党建工作所面临的内外部风险挑战。[结果/结论]本文提出新时代中国特色新型高校智库需要不断推进党的建设新的伟大工程,通过加强政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设以及纪律建设,不断夯实根基、创新方式、强化保障,才能实现党建引领高校智库高质量、可持续发展。

[Purpose/significance]Adhering to the Party’s management of think tanks and firmly grasping and adhering to the Party’s leadership over the construction of think tanks are the basic political principles that must always be followed in strengthening the construction of think tanks in colleges and universities in the new era,and are also the source vitality of university think tanks to undertake historical missions and fulfill the responsibilities of the times.Therefore,strengthening the Party building work is of great significance to building a high-level new type of university think tank with Chinese characteristics.[Method/process]In order to explore the strategy and path of the party building work of university think tanks in the new era,this paper demonstrates the strategic significance of strengthening the party building work of university think tanks,and analyzes the internal and external risks and challenges faced by the party building work of university think tanks under the overall background of the unprecedented change in a century and the great rejuvenation strategy of the Chinese nation.[Result/conclusion]This paper puts forward that think tanks in colleges and universities in the new era need to continuously promote the new great project of party building.Only by strengthening political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,work style construction and discipline construction,and constantly consolidating the foundation,innovative methods and strengthen security can party building lead the high-quality and sustainable development of college think tanks in colleges and universities.
