一种提升差阻式仪器关键性能的技术方法

摘要 自20世纪30年代差动电阻仪器发明以来,凭借其防潮性能好、长期测量稳定性高、测量方法简单、可兼测温度等优点,在工程建筑物的监测中得到了广泛运用。但该类型仪器相较于振弦式仪器灵敏度偏低,精度也略低,这个缺陷严重制约着其后期的持续应用。为了提高该类型仪器的灵敏度,本文提出了一种差动电阻比的方法,将仪器的两个电阻差与两个电阻和的比值与外界物理量进行关联。采用该方法,可以将该类型仪器的灵敏度提高3~5倍,同时还提高了精度等其他性能,具有很好的推广价值。 Since the invention of differential resistance instruments in the 1930s,the instrument have been widely used in monitoring engineering buildings due to its superior advantages such as good moisture resistance,high long-term measurement stability,simple measurement methods,and the ability to measure temperature simultaneously.However,compared to vibrating wire instruments,the sensitivity and accuracy of differential resistance instruments are relatively low.The continuous application of the instrument is severely restricted by this defect.In order to improve the sensitivity of the differential resistance instruments,the paper proposes a differential resistance ratio calculation method,by which the ratio of the difference between two resistances of the instrument and the sum of two resistances is associated with external physical quantities.By using this method,the sensitivity of the instrument can be increased by 3-5 times,meanwhile the accuracy is also improved,which suggests great promotional value of the method.
