基于数据分析的省级公共图书馆馆藏优化探析

An analysis on collection optimization of provincial public libraries based on data analysis

公共图书馆是社会主义公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,馆藏文献资源是图书馆开展各项服务的基础。文章采用数据统计研究法,根据2020-2022年西部某省级公共图书馆中文文献馆藏体系结构,对各类文献的采购数量占比及借阅率进行统计分析,探究馆藏文献资源建设存在的问题,为馆藏文献资源优化发展提出建议,以促进省级公共文献采选优化发展,推动省级公共文化服务高质量发展。

The public library is an important part of the socialist public cultural service system,and the collection of document resources is the basis for the library to carry out various services.Based on the Chinese literature collection system structure of a provincial public library in western China from 2020 to 2022,this paper adopts the data statistical research method to make a statistical analysis of the procurement quantity and borrowing rate of various literatures,explore the existing problems in the construction of library literature resources,and put forward optimization suggestions for the optimization and development of library literature resources,so as to promote the optimization and development of provincial public literature collection and selection.We will promote the high-quality development of provincial-level public cultural services.
