唐代松漠地区通用语言文字推广刍议

On the Promotion of General Language in Songmo Area in Tang Dynasty

松漠地区自古以来就是北方民族活动的核心区域,唐朝时期在承继“以德厚夷”“华夷一家”的传统治理理念基础上,对归附的契丹、奚等北方民族采取设置州府的羁縻管理措施,通过文书行政管理和地方文化教育等方式,推广以楷书为标准的国家通用语言文字,密切了多民族的交流交往和交融。同时语言文字的推广与普及也进一步推动中华民族多元一体格局的形成进程。

Songmo Area has been the core area of northern ethnic activities since ancient times.On the basis of inheriting the traditional governance concepts of'Yi De Hou Yi'and'Hua Yi Yi Jia',the Tang Dynasty adopted the mollification management measures of setting up state capitals for the northern ethnic groups such as Khitan and Xi.The Tang Dynasty promoted the national common language with regular script as the standard by means of document administration and local cultural education,which strengthened the communication and integration of multi-ethnic groups.At the same time,the promotion and popularization of language and characters also further promote the formation process of the pattern of pluralistic integration of the Chinese nation.
