知柏地黄汤联合吡柔比星灌注在膀胱癌术后患者中的作用分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion on the Effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction Combined with Pirarubicin Infusion in Patients with Postoperative Bladder Cancer

目的针对知柏地黄汤联合吡柔比星灌注对膀胱癌术后患者的影响与作用进行分析。方法随机选取2019年10月—2022年9月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二三医院行手术治疗的膀胱癌患者40例为研究对象,采用双盲法分组,各20例。对照组采用吡柔比星灌注,观察组采用吡柔比星灌注联合知柏地黄汤治疗,对比两组中医症状积分、肿瘤标志物水平、生活质量、膀胱癌患者特异性指标、临床疗效以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医症状积分(20.03±2.18)分显著低于对照组(26.25±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.064,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CA125、CEA指标,生活质量评分以及相关特异性指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组CA125、CEA水平及泌尿系统症状评分更低,生活质量评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用吡柔比星灌注联合知柏地黄汤方案对膀胱癌术后患者进行治疗,除了可有效缓解症状,还可有效控制病情,减少不良反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of Zhibai Dihuang decoction combined with pirarubicin infusion on postoperative patients with bladder cancer.Methods 40 patients with bladder cancer who underwent surgery in the 923 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army Joint Service Support Force from October 2019 to September 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided using a double blind grouping method,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pirarubicin infusion,and the observation group was treated with pirarubicin infusion combined with Zhibaidihuang decoction.The TCM symptom score,tumor marker level,quality of life,specific indicators of bladder cancer patients,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptom score of the observation group(20.03±2.18)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.25±2.16)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.064,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CA125,CEA indicators,quality of life scores,and related specific indicator scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of CA125,CEA and the score of urinary system symptomsin the observation group were lower,the score of quality of life was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postoperative bladder cancer patients with pirarubicin instillation combined with Zhibai Dihuang decoction regimen can effectively relieve symptoms,in addition to controlling the disease,reducing adverse effects and improving the quality of life.
