注射用烟酸在动脉硬化性闭塞症患者中的应用

Application of Nicotinic Acid for Injection in Patients with Atherosclerotic Occlusive Disease

目的探究分析注射用烟酸在动脉硬化性闭塞症患者中的实际应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年3月—2021年3月吉林大学第二医院接收并治疗的138例动脉硬化性闭塞症患者的临床资料,按照疗方法分成对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=69),前者采取西洛他唑片进行治疗,后者在此基础上采用注射用烟酸进行治疗,对比分析两组临床治疗效果、血流动力学指标变化情况、血脂水平。结果治疗后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率95.65%明显高于对照组的85.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.161,P=0.041)。观察组右侧胫后与右侧足背的动脉收缩峰值速度快于对照组,HDL水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.336、2.957、3.332,P<0.05)。结论注射用烟酸可进一步改善动脉硬化性闭塞症患者血脂和血流动力学指标,应用效果显著。

Objective To investigate and analyze the practical application value of nicotinic acid for injection in patients with atherosclerotic occlusive disease.Methods The clinical data of 138 patients with arteriosclerotic obliterans received and treated in the Second Hospital of Jilin University from March 2020 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=69)and observation group(n=69).The former was treated with cilostazole tablets,and the latter was treated with niacin for injection on this basis.The clinical therapeutic effect,hemodynamic index changes and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of 95.65%in the observation group was significantly higher than 85.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.161,P=0.041).The peak contraction velocity of the right posterior tibial artery and right dorsal pedis artery in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,and the HDL levels was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.336,2.957,3.332,P<0.05).Conclusion Niacin for injection can further improve blood lipid and hemodynamic indexes in patients with arteriosclerotic obliterans,and the application effect is remarkable.
