综合护理干预在ECMO联合CRRT治疗重症爆发性心肌炎中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Severe Fulminant Myocarditis by ECMO Combined with CRRT

目的探讨综合护理干预在体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)联合连续肾脏替代疗法(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)治疗重症爆发性心肌炎中的应用价值。方法方便收集2019年1月—2022年12月间福建省立医院收治的成人重症爆发性心肌炎患者58例作为研究对象,参照随机数表法将58例患者分为对照组、综合护理干预组,各29例。对照组患者常规护理干预,综合护理干预组患者综合护理干预。对比两组患者的护理依从性、护理满意度。结果综合护理干预组患者的依从率(93.10%)高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.350,P<0.05)。综合护理干预组患者的总满意率(89.66%)高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.026,P<0.05)。结论ECMO联合CRRT治疗重症爆发性心肌炎同时,引入综合护理干预,有助于提升患者的护理依从性、护理满意度,是一种优质的护理模式。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of severe fulminant myocarditis by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)combined with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods A total of 58 adult patients with severe fulminant myocarditis admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were conveniently collected as study objects.According to the random number table method,58 patients were divided into the control group and the comprehensive nursing intervention group with 29 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and patients in the comprehensive nursing intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate in the comprehensive nursing intervention group(93.10%)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.350,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in comprehensive nursing intervention group(89.66%)was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.026,P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing comprehensive nursing intervention while ECMO combined with CRRT in the treatment of severe fulminant myocarditis can help improve patients'nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is a high-quality nursing model.
