摘要
公立医院绩效管理机制的完善与改革,是促进医院高质量发展的重要方式。目前,国内大部分综合性医院普遍采用RBRVS(Resource-Based Relative Value Scales)绩效管理方式,并取得了较好的成效。但口腔专科医院采用RBRVS绩效考评方法进行绩效管理的报道较少。该研究针对口腔医院以门诊诊疗为主的特点,制定适用于口腔医院的RBRVS绩效考核方案,形成具有口腔专业特色的绩效考核体系,以期提高口腔医务人员积极性。经验证,公立口腔专科医院采用基于RBRVS的绩效管理,可降低医院成本支出、增强医疗服务质量、提高医院运营效益、提升医患满意度。
For public hospitals,improving and reforming their performance management mechanism is one of the important ways to promote the high-quality development of hospitals.At present,RBRVS(Resource Based Relative Value Scales)performance management method is widely adopted by most comprehensive hospitals in China,which has achieved good results.However,there are few reports on using RBRVS performance evaluation method for performance management in stomatological specialized hospitals.In this study,with the characteristics of outpatient diagnosis and treatment in stomatological hospitals,the RBRVS performance evaluation plan applicable to dental hospitals was formulated,forming a performance evaluation system with dental professional characteristics,and improving the enthusiasm of dental medical personnel.After verification,the use of performance management based RBRVS in public stomatological specialty hospitals can reduce hospital costs,enhance medical service quality,improve hospital operational efficiency,and enhance doctor-patient satisfaction.
