中药热熨敷对腰椎间盘突出症患者微创术后腰椎功能及生命质量的影响

Effect of Hot Pressing with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Lumbar Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation after Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者微创术后采用中药热熨敷干预的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于医院行微创手术治疗的80例LDH患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组术后采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药热熨敷干预。干预2周后,比较两组干预效果、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、腰椎功能[日本骨科学会(JOA)评分]及生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分]。结果干预后,观察组干预总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组JOA、SF-36评分均比干预前高,且观察组比对照组高;两组VAS评分均比干预前低,且观察组比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LDH患者微创术后采用中药热熨敷具有较好的干预效果,可促进患者腰椎功能恢复,缓解术后疼痛,提高生命质量。

Objective The effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)after minimally invasive surgery was inwestigated.Methods Select 80 LDH patients who underwent minimally invasive surgery in hospitals from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the researd bjects.They were divided into Control group and observation group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with routine intervention after operation.Based on this,the observation group was treated with hot pressing of traditional Chinese medicine for 2 weeks.The intervention effect,pain degree[VAS score],lumbar function[JOA score]and quality of life[SF-36 score]were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the JOA score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The SF-36 score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot ironing with traditional Chinese medicine after minimally invasive surgery has a good intervention effect on LDH patients,which can promote the recovery of lumbar function,relieve postoperative pain and improve the quality of life.
