城市发展和城市生活的巨大变化深刻影响到城市管理理论的演变。回顾市政研究的百年历程,市政研究随着城市实践和发展不断演进,相关议题日益多元,多种研究范式并存。在繁荣的研究盛况下不难发现,市政研究领域呈现名称多样繁杂、学科边界模糊化的取向,市政学学科构建正在进入一种迷思。城市性作为城市发展的本质属性,为重新思考市政学学科体系提供了核心认知。基于城市性的市政学学科自主知识体系建设,需要以城市性为生发点,重新思考城市管理的核心议题、治理困境和适应性方案等基本问题,在学科范式、研究方法和本土化等方面不断完善与突破。最终以城市性将相关理论以及从理论中产生的现实问题串联起来,形成有根基、有拓展的市政学学科自主知识体系。

The great changes of urban development and urban life have profoundly affected the evolution of urban management theory.Reviewing the century-old history of municipal research,it is found that with the continuous evolution of urban practice and development,the relevant issues are increasingly diversified and a variety of research paradigms coexist.In the flourishing research situation,it is easy to find that the field of municipal studies presents the orientation of various names and complicated,the boundary of disciplines is fuzzy,and the construction of municipal science is entering a kind of myth.As the essential attribute of urban development,urbanism provides the core cognition for rethinking the disciplinary system of municipology.The construction of the independent knowledge system of municippology subject based on urbanism needs to take urbanism as the growth point,rethink the core issues of urban management,governance dilemma and adaptive scheme,and constantly improve and make breakthroughs in the aspects of discipline paradigm,research methods and localization.Finally,the relevant theories and practical problems arising from the theories will be connected in connection with the urbanism,forming a solid and expanded independent knowledge system of municipology.
