体医融合的进路选择:从知识生产到颠覆式创新

The Forward Path of Sports-Medicine Fusion:From Knowledge Production to Disruptive Innovation

体医融合是以实现主动健康、降低医疗保健成本为主旨,使健康促进模式从“治疗为主”向“预防为主与防治结合”转变的必由之路,已成为推动医疗卫生与健康领域变革的重要因素之一。医疗卫生与健康领域的颠覆式创新就是为了使疾病防治、维持健康变得更简单,让人们更负担得起。因此,颠覆式创新是体医融合应然的进路选择,既要推动健康促进模式的转变,更要让健康服务和维持健康变得便宜和易于获得。这是全球健康问题社会决定因素持续行动的需要,也是体医融合自身发展的诉求。从深层次看,体医融合推动并实现颠覆式创新的重要基石和内在驱力则是有赖于持续的知识生产,其整体框架包含知识生产及其社会应用的双重属性,不仅蕴含知识生产行为--贯穿从技术融合到形成新的独立的知识体系和特定知识形态的演化过程,更关乎知识生产从学科学术属性到社会应用属性的演化变迁--政策、市场、情感等方面社会关系的构建过程。基于此,提出实现颠覆式创新的行动路径包括自觉建构知识形态,创建学习范式推动技术持续创新;深化多学科协同,面向行业未来布局的颠覆性价值网络建构;特别是注重技术创新实践的本土化以及对中华民族优秀传统文化独特价值的阐释。

Sports-medicine fusion is a necessary way to the transition from“treatment-based”to“prevention-based,prevention-and-treatment combined”health promotion mode.The mission of sports-medicine fusion is to achieve proactive health and lower healthcare costs,and it has become a major powerhouse to drive the reforms in the field of medical care and wellness.Disruptive innovation in the domain of medical care and health is precisely targeted at making disease prevention and maintaining good health simpler and more affordable.Disruptive innovation is thus the future direction for sports-medicine fusion.It should not only promote the transformation of health promotion models,but also make health services and maintaining good health cheaper and easily accessible.This is not only the demand of sustained action of social determinants of global health issues,but also the demand for the development of sports-medicine fusion.From a deeper-level point of view,the promotion and fulfillment of disruptive innovation relies on the continuous knowledge production of sports-medicine fusion as its important cornerstone and internal powerhouse,and its overall framework includes the dual attributes of knowledge production and its social application.It contains the behavior of knowledge production—throughout the evolution process from technology integration to the formation of new independent knowledge systems and specific knowledge forms,and is more related to the evolution and transformation of knowledge production from academic attributes to social application attributes—the establishment process of policy,market,emotion and other aspects of social relations.Based on the conclusion above,we proposed the following road maps to disruptive innovation,including taking the initiative to build up knowledge forms,creating learning paradigms to promote continuous technological innovation,deepening interdisciplinary collaboration,and planning of industry future-oriented disruptive value network.We should highlight the importance of the localization of technological innovation practices and the interpretation of the unique value of fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
