研发合作、数字化赋能与企业创新绩效——基于中国制造企业的微观证据

R&D Cooperation,Digital Empowerment and Enterprise Innovation Performance:Micro Evidence Based on Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises

新一轮数字智能技术以其广泛渗透性改变了企业创新链与价值链的交互过程,产生全新的数字技术赋能效应。文章基于世界银行中国制造企业微观调查数据库,旨在考察企业研发合作对企业创新绩效的影响,及数字化在其中的赋能效应。研究发现,企业研发合作促进了企业创新绩效;数字化在企业研发合作与企业创新绩效之间产生正向调节效应;机制检验表明,数字化主要通过深化企业人力资本和强化知识吸收进而促进研发合作与企业创新绩效之间的正向关系;异质性分析表明,研发合作更能促进中小企业、市场发育程度低以及非出口企业的创新绩效,数字化在其中的赋能效应在大企业、市场发育程度低与非出口企业中更强。

The extensive penetration of the new round of digital intelligent technology has changed the interactive process between the enterprise innovation chain and the value chain,resulting in a new enabling effect of digital technology.Based on the World Bank micro survey database of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,this paper aims to investigate the impact of enterprise RD cooperation on enterprise innovation performance and the enabling effect of digitization.The results are as follows:Firstly,enterprise RD cooperation promotes enterprise innovation performance.Secondly,digitization has a positive moderating effect between enterprise RD cooperation and enterprise innovation performance.Thirdly,the mechanism test result is that digitization positively moderates relationship between RD cooperation and enterprise innovation performance by deepening enterprises'human capital and promoting knowledge absorption.Finally,the result of the heterogeneity analysis is that the promotion effect of RD cooperation on innovation performance is more obvious in small and medium-sized enterprises and non-export enterprises with low market development,while the enabling effect of digitalization is stronger in large enterprises and non-export enterprises with low market development.
