阿戈美拉汀联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁的临床研究

Clinical Study of Agomelatine Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia with Depression

目的观察阿戈美拉汀联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症伴抑郁的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2022年9月赣州市第三人民医院收治的90例精神分裂症伴抑郁患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各45例。对照组予奥氮平治疗,研究组予阿戈美拉汀联合奥氮平治疗。比较两组焦虑抑郁状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)],睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)],生活质量[SF-36、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)]及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周,研究组HAMA、HAMD、PSQI评分相较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SF-36、ADL评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症伴抑郁患者采用阿戈美拉汀联合奥氮平治疗可改善焦虑抑郁状态,提高睡眠质量与生活质量,且不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of agomelatine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression.Methods 90 schizophrenic patients with depression admitted to Ganzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2018 to September 2022 were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,while the study group was treated with agomelatine combined with olanzapine.The anxiety and depression status[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],quality of life[SF-36,ADL]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMA,HAMD and PSQI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of SF-36 and ADL in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Agomelatine combined with olanzapine can improve the anxiety and depression status,sleep quality and life quality of schizophrenia patients with depression,and has less adverse reactions.
