大健康产业背景下社体专业创新创业人才培养模式研究——以兴义民族师范学院为例

Research on the Cultivation Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents for Social Sports under the Background of Large Health Industry——Take Minzu Normal University of Xingyi as an Example

大健康产业背景下,社体专业创新创业人才的社会需求较大,但专业师资不足、基础设施存在差距、学生创新创业能力不足等问题制约着社体专业的创新创业人才培养,积极构思大健康产业背景下社体专业创新创业人才培养模式,并提出相关实施策略,以期为社体专业创新创业人才的培养提供参考。

Under the background of big health industry,the social demand for innovative and entrepreneurial Talents of social sports major is large.However,there are problems such as lack of professional teachers,gap in infrastructure,and insufficient innovation and entrepreneurial ability of students restrict the Cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial Talents of social sports major.In this paper a cultivation model of innovative and entrepreneurial Talents of social sports major under the background of large health industry is actively conceived,and relevant implementation strategies are proposed for providing a reference for the training of social professional innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
