摘要
适应终身发展和社会发展所需的正确价值观、必备品格和关键能力,是乡村教师核心素养的集中体现。热爱乡村、教书育人、为人师表、关爱学生、严谨治学是乡村教师的正确价值观;爱教、求真、向善、致美是乡村教师的必备品质;学习能力、教育教学能力、团结协作能力、信息能力、创新能力是乡村教师的关键能力。发展乡村教师核心素养的关键是在坚持发展性、开放性、体验性原则的基础上从课程理念与目标、课程内容与结构、课程实施与评价三个维度重构具有适切性的乡村教师继续教育课程体系。发展乡村教师核心素养的课程重心是构建乡土教育情怀的教育信念类课程。
The core competencies of rural teachers are reflected in their correct values,essential character and key abilities which required to a lifelong study to adapt to social development.Loving the countryside,being a good teacher,setting an example for students,and pursuing rigorous scholarship will show values of rural teachers.The qualities of loving the cause of education,seeking truth for learning,being kind for others,and valuing beauty for people are also essential for rural teachers.The abilities of learning and teaching,cooperating,getting information,and exploring innovation are the important elements of rural teachers.The key to developing rural teachers'core competencies is to reconstruct an appropriate rural teachers'continuing education curriculum system and reconstruct a suitable rural teacher continuing education curriculum system from three dimensions:curriculum concept and objectives,curriculum content and structure,curriculum implementation and evaluation.The focus of developing the core literacy of rural teachers is to build educational belief courses with local educational sentiments.
