角色理论视角下新乡贤参与乡村产业振兴的实现路径分析——以西溪南镇为例

On a Realization Path of New Squires'Participation in Rural Industry Revitalization from the Perspective of Role Theory:A case of Xixinan Town

新乡贤是乡村振兴的重要推力,在乡村产业振兴过程中承担着多重角色。以西溪南镇为例,根据角色理论分析发现,新乡贤在乡村产业振兴过程中扮演着基层政府与乡村社会之间的“沟通者”、乡愁情怀与经济资源的“整合者”、宣传产业优势以吸引外部技术的“代言人”角色,但也面临角色负荷、角色疏远等角色困境,需从个体、组织和制度层面对以上困境进行疏解,推动乡村产业高质量发展。

As an important impetus for rural revitalization,New Squires are undertaking multiple roles in the process of rural industrial revitalization.This paper takes Xixinan Town as an example.Based on the analysis of role theory,it is found that New Squires are the"communicator"between the grass-roots government and the rural society,the"integrator"of nostalgia and economic resources,and the"spokesperson"for publicizing industrial advantages to attract of external technologies.However,they are promoting high-quality development of rural industries and also facing role difficulties such as role burden and role alienation,so it is needed to propose relief paths and countermeasures from the individual,organizational and institutional levels at the same time.
