变径锯齿型套铣鞋在八面河油田水平井的研制与应用

摘要 八面河油田地层胶结程度差,属于疏松砂岩油藏。在该油田水平井防砂施工中采用下入滤防管柱的方法实现防砂工艺,随生产时间的推移,地层中砂子进入井筒埋住滤防管柱,使打捞滤砂管难度增加。水平井修井套铣施工中存在的主要问题是套铣过程中难以将滤砂管引入套铣管内,普通套铣鞋难以切割破碎胶结地层砂,套铣过程中容易造成滤砂管表皮和套管损伤,脱落的金属碎屑堆积卡钻。技术人员研制出变径式锯齿型套铣鞋等套铣工具,解决了疏松砂岩水平井的套铣施工。 Bamianhe Oilfield faces challenges in sand control due to its loosely packed sandstone reservoirs.To address this issue,a method involving the installation of a filter screen pipe by lowering it down was adopted for sand control in horizontal wells.However,with time,sand particles from the formation entered the wellbore and buried the filter screen pipe,making it difficult to retrieve.One of the main challenges encountered during horizontal well completions is guiding the filter screen pipe into the milling pipe.Ordinary milling shoes are unable to effectively cut and break the consolidated sand in the formation.This poses a problem as the milling process may result in damage to the filter screen pipe and casing,and metal debris that falls off can accumulate and cause drill pipe sticking.To overcome these difficulties,technical personnel have developed specialized milling tools,such as variable-diameter sawtooth milling shoes,for milling operations in horizontal wells with loose sandstone.
