子宫内膜癌患者术后自主性感知现状及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of the Status Quo and Related Influencing Factors of Postoperative Autonomic Perception in Patients with Endometrial Cancer

目的:探析子宫内膜癌患者术后自主性感知现状,并分析相关影响因素。方法:纳入2020年4月—2022年4月莆田学院附属医院收治的72例子宫内膜癌患者作为研究对象,采用中文简版自主感知量表(PEAS-SCV)评估患者自主性感知水平,设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有患者的临床资料,调查并对比患者相关资料差异,将可能的因素纳入,采用多元线性回归分析子宫内膜癌患者术后自主性感知相关影响因素。结果:72例子宫内膜癌患者PEAS-SCV评分范围50~71分,平均得分(60.50±5.29)分;不同文化程度、社会支持、希望水平及家庭关怀度的子宫内膜癌患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、社会支持、希望水平及家庭关怀度是子宫内膜癌患者术后自主性感知现状的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜癌患者术后自主性感知水平略低,文化程度、社会支持、希望水平及家庭关怀度是影响子宫内膜癌患者术后自主性感知现状的因素。

Objective:To explore the status quo of postoperative autonomic perception in patients with endometrial cancer,and to analyze the related influencing factors.Method:A total of 72 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from April 2020 to April 2022 were taken as the research object.The simplified Chinese version of the PEA scale(PEAS-SCV)was used to assess the level of patients'autonomic perception,a baseline data questionnaire was designed,and the clinical data of all patients were collected in detail.The differences of patients'relevant data were investigated and compared,and the possible factors were included,multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative autonomic perception in patients with endometrial cancer.Result:The PEAS-SCV score range of 72 patients with endometrial cancer was 50-71 points,with an average score of(60.50±5.29)points.There were statistically significant differences in endometrial cancer patients with different education level,social support,hope level and family care(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,social support,hope level and family care were the influencing factors of the status of autonomic perception of endometrial cancer patients after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of self perception of endometrial cancer patients after surgery is slightly low.Education,social support,hope level and family care are the influencing factors of the status of self perception of endometrial cancer patients after surgery.
