经尿道前列腺电切术联合去势治疗前列腺癌的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Transurethral Resection of Prostate Combined with Castration in the Treatment of Prostate Cancer

目的对前列腺癌患者进行经尿道前列腺电切术+去势治疗的价值进行研究。方法回顾性分析2020年11月—2021年11月于吉林省人民医院就诊的84例前列腺癌患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为两组,每组42例,参照组采用间歇性内分泌治疗,研究组采用经尿道前列腺电切术+去势治疗,比较两组的前列腺功能、排尿状况、各项临床参数和并发症情况。结果治疗前,两组的前列腺功能和排尿状况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的IPSS评分和PVR低于参照组,而Qmax高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组各项临床参数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组各项临床参数均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.38%低于参照组的26.19%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.722,P=0.002)。结论给予患者经尿道前列腺电切术+去势治疗,可在一定程度上改善患者的生活质量,更好地控制肿瘤生长。

Objective To study the value of transurethral resection of prostate+castration for prostate cancer patients.Methods Clinical data of 84 patients with prostate cancer treated in Jilin Provincial People′s Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with 42 cases in each group.Intermittent endocrine therapy was used in the reference group,and transurethral electroresection of prostate plus castration was used in the study group.Prostate function,urinary status,clinical parameters and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in prostate function and urinary status between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IPSS score and PVR in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,while Qmax was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in clinical parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical parameters of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of study group(2.38%)was lower than that of reference group(26.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.722,P=0.002).Conclusion Transurethral resection of the prostate+castration can improve the quality of life of the patient to a certain extent and better control the growth of the tumor.
