鼻内窥镜下治疗慢性鼻窦炎的个性化护理配合效果分析

Effect Analysis of Individualized Nursing in the Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis under Nasal Endoscope

目的探究鼻内窥镜下治疗慢性鼻窦炎的个性化护理干预措施及其效果。方法方便选取2021年1月—2023年4月于盐城市第一人民医院五官科接受治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者104例。采用随机数表法分组,对照组52例接受常规护理,观察组52例接受个性化护理。比较两组患者负面心理和疼痛程度、手术时间、住院时间、生活质量、护理认可度和并发症发生情况。结果护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分以及VAS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间和住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康维度的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理认可率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(3.85%)远低于对照组(15.38%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.983,P<0.05)。结论个性化护理应用在鼻内窥镜下治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效确切,有助于改善患者负面情绪和临床症状,减轻疼痛感,提高患者生活质量,避免出现并发症,缩短住院时长,让患者更加认可护理工作。

Objective To explore the individualized nursing interventions and their effects in the treatment of chronic sinusitis under nasal endoscopy.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic sinusitis who received treatment in the Department of Otolaryngology of Yancheng First People′s Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were conveniently selected.Using a random number table method,52 patients in the control group received routine care,while 52 patients in the observation group received personalized care.The degree of negative psychology and pain,operation time,hospital stay,quality of life,nursing recognition and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of physical function,physical pain,social function,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing approval rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(3.85%)was lower than that in the control group(15.38%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.983,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of personalized nursing application in the treatment of chronic sinusitis under nasal endoscope is definite,which can help to improve patients′negative emotions and clinical symptoms,relieve pain,and improve patients′quality of life,avoid complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and make patients more aware of nursing work.
