宫腔镜联合益气祛瘀方治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Hysteroscopy Combined with Yiqi Quyu Formula in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨宫腔镜联合益气祛瘀方治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果。方法随机选取2022年1—12月如皋市中医医院收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者60例为研究对象,随机数表法分为常规组(n=30)和研究组(n=30),两组均接受宫腔镜手术,常规组术后给予炔诺酮治疗,研究组术后在常规组基础上联合益气祛瘀方治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组术后出血量(20.08±4.35)mL少于常规组,出血完全停止时间(3.06±1.05)d短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.894、7.046,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前和治疗后GGT、总胆红素、AST、ALT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组生活质量各维度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能失调性子宫出血患者宫腔镜术后联合益气祛瘀方治疗效果显著,能减少出血量,缩短出血时间,但未增加不良反应发生率,有利于患者术后早期恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with Yiqi Quyu formula in treating patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 60 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were random number table method divided into the routine group(n=30)and the study group(n=30).Both groups received hysteroscopic surgery.The routine group was treated with norethisterone after surgery.The study group was treated with Yiqi Quyu formula on the basis of the control group after surgery,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the postoperative blood loss(20.08±4.35)mL in the study group was less than the routine group,and the complete stop time of the bleeding(3.06±1.05)d was shorter than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.894,7.046,P<0.05);the GGT,total bilirubin,AST,and ALT levels before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The score of each dimension of quality of life in the study group was higher than that of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with Yiqi Quyu formula has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,reducing bleeding volume and shortening bleeding time,but without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is beneficial for early postoperative recovery of patients and is worth promoting.
