循证护理联合系统规范化护理在急性胰腺炎中的应用效果

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Combined with Systematic Standardized Nursing in Acute Pancreatitis

目的:分析循证护理联合系统规范化护理在急性胰腺炎中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2021年5月—2022年5月毕节市第一人民医院接受治疗的146例急性胰腺炎患者作为观察对象。根据随机分组法将其分为参照组和观察组,各73例。参照组行循证护理,观察组在参照组基础上行系统规范性护理。比较两组护理前后疾病严重程度、自我效能感及不良反应。结果:护理后,观察组血尿素氮、意识障碍、全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)、胸膜渗出评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎患者行循证护理联合系统规范化护理可有效减轻疾病严重程度,并提升自我效能,减少并发症。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing combined with systematic standardized nursing in acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 146 patients with acute pancreatitis who received treatment in the First People's Hospital of Bijie from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly selected as the objects of observation.According to random grouping method,they were divided into reference group and observation group,with 73 cases in each group.The reference group received evidence-based nursing,and the observation group received systematic standardized nursing on the basis of the reference group.Disease severity,self-efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,blood urea nitrogen,disturbance of consciousness,systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS),and pleural effusion scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in observation group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute pancreatitis,evidence-based nursing combined with systematic standardized nursing can effectively reduce the severity of the disease,improve self-efficacy and reduce complication.
