急诊一体化护理在腹部创伤患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响

Application Effect of Emergency Integrated Nursing in Patients with Abdominal Trauma and Its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:探讨急诊一体化护理在腹部创伤患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:回顾性选取2018年6月—2021年8月广州市第一人民医院收治的80例腹部创伤患者的临床资料。根据护理方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予急诊一体化护理。比较两组救治效率,护理1 d、7 d后生活质量,并发症及家属满意度。结果:观察组院前抢救时间、抢救室停留时间、抢救时间、药物应用时间、静脉通路建立时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理7 d后,观察组生理领域评分、心理领域评分、环境因素评分、独立性因素评分、社会关系评分及精神支柱评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理过程中并发症发生率低于对照组,护理方法、护理效果及服务态度满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊一体化护理应用于腹部创伤患者中,能提高救治效率,提升患者生活质量,降低并发症发生率,可获得较高的家属满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of emergency integrated nursing in patients with abdominal trauma and its influence on quality of life.Method:Clinical data of 80 patients with abdominal trauma admitted to Guangzhou First People's Hospital from June 2018 to August 2021 were selected retrospectively.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received emergency integrated nursing on the basis of the control group.The treatment efficiency,quality of life after 1 d and 7 d of nursing,complications,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The pre-hospital rescue time,emergency room stay time,rescue time,drug application time and venous access establishment time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of nursing,the scores of physiological field,psychological field,environmental factors,independent factors,social relations and spiritual support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the nursing process of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfactions of nursing method,nursing effect and service attitude were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of emergency integrated nursing in patients with abdominal trauma can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and obtain a higher family satisfaction.
