右美沙芬药物滥用致青少年中毒2例

Two Cases of Adolescent Poisoning Caused by Dextromethorphan Drug Abuse

右美沙芬为镇咳类非处方药,使用广泛,同时具有滥用的风险,目前国外有大量关于青少年右美沙芬滥用的报道,国内少见。本文对2例青少年右美沙芬滥用致中毒病例的临床症状、体征、辅助检查、治疗与预后进行报道,并对国内外相关文献进行回顾,以期提高临床医生对该病的认识和引起社会对青少年右美沙芬滥用的关注。

Dextromethorphan is a non-prescription antitussive drug,which is widely used and has the risk of abuse.At present,there are a large number of reports on the abuse of dextromethorphan in adolescents abroad,which is rare in China.In this paper,the clinical symptoms,signs,auxiliary examination,treatment and prognosis of two cases of poisoning caused by dextromethorphan abuse in adolescents were reported,and the relevant literature at home and abroad was reviewed in order to improve the clinicians’understanding of the disease and arouse social concern about the abuse of dextromethorphan in adolescents.
