双歧杆菌三联活菌联合利奈唑胺治疗对重症肺炎的疗效及对患者血气指标、炎症因子的影响 被引量:2

Efficacy of Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria Combined with Linezolid in the Treatment of Severe Pneumonia and its Influence on Blood Gas Indexes and Inflammatory Factors

摘要 目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌联合利奈唑胺治疗重症肺炎的疗效及对血气指标、炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2016年11月—2021年11月我院收治的60例重症肺炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以利奈唑胺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,比较两组症状消失时间、血气指标[二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、氧合指数(Oi)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))和血氧分压(PaO_(2))]、炎症指标[降钙素(PCT)、中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)]。结果:观察组体温恢复正常时间、白细胞计数恢复正常时间、咳嗽咳痰症状改善时间和肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PaCO_(2)低于治疗前,Oi、SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)高于治疗前,且观察组PaCO_(2)低于对照组,Oi、SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清NLR、PCT水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌联合利奈唑胺治疗重症肺炎的疗效显著,能明显改善其血气指标,可能与降低炎症因子表达水平而抑制炎症反应有关。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with linezolid in the treatment of severe pneumonia and its effect on blood gas indexes and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with linezolid,and the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms,blood gas indexes[carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2)),oxygenation index(Oi),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))and blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))],inflammatory indexes[calcitonin(PCT),neutrophil lymphocyte ratio(NLR)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The body temperature recovery time,white blood cell count recovery time,cough and expectoration symptom improvement time and lung rale disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PaCO_(2) in two groups was lower than before treatment,Oi,SpO_(2) and PaO_(2) were higher than before treatment,PaCO_(2) in observation group was lower than control group,Oi,SpO_(2) and PaO_(2) were higher than control group(P<0.05).the levels of serum NLR and PCT in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with linezolid has a significant curative effect in the treatment of severe pneumonia,and can significantly improve its blood gas indexes,which may be related to reducing the expression level of inflammatory factors and inhibiting the inflammatory response.
