溴己新联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果研究 被引量:1

Study on the Effect of Bromhexine Combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b in the Treatment of Bronchial Pneumonia in Children

摘要 目的:分析溴己新联合重组人干扰素α2b对支气管肺炎患儿炎症反应、肺功能的影响。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年9月于温州医科大学附属第三医院行支气管肺炎治疗的患儿134例,根据随机数字表法将其分为干扰素组44例、溴己新组45例、联合组45例。干扰素组给予重组人干扰素α2b注射液治疗;溴己新组给予溴己新注射液治疗;联合组给予溴己新联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗。比较两组临床症状消失时间、肺功能(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、炎症因子(CRP、PCT、IL-4)、肺功能(MV、VT、PEF、FEV1)。结果:联合组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间短于溴己新组和干扰素组(P<0.05);联合组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、MV、VT、PEF、FEV1高于溴己新组和干扰素组,CD8^(+)、CRP、PCT、IL-4低于溴己新组和干扰素组(P<0.05)。结论:溴己新联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗可有效缓解支气管肺炎患儿临床症状,减轻机体内炎症反应,提升肺功能及免疫功能,值得临床应用。 Objective:To analyze the effects of bromhexine combined with recombinant human interferonα2b on inflammatory response and lung function in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:A total of 134 children with bronchial pneumonia treated in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into interferon group(44 cases),bromhexine group(45 cases)and combined group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The interferon group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b injection;the bromhexine group was treated with bromhexine injection;the combined group was treated with bromhexine combined with recombinant human interferonα2b.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,pulmonary function(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),inflammatory factors(CRP,PCT,IL-4),pulmonary function(MV,VT,PEF,FEV1)were compared between the two groups.Results:The antipyretic time,cough disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time and lung rale disappearance time in the combined group were shorter than those in the bromhexine group and interferon group(P<0.05).CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),MV,VT,PEF and FEV1 in the combined group were higher than those in the bromhexine group and the interferon group,while CD8^(+),CRP,PCT and IL-4 were lower than those in the bromhexine group and the interferon group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bromhexine combined with recombinant human interferonα2b can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with bronchial pneumonia,reduce the inflammatory response in the body,and improve lung function and immune function,which is worthy of clinical application.
