基于FOCUS-PDCA理论的护理管理对冠心病患者服用阿司匹林的影响

Effect of Nursing Management Based on FOCUS-PDCA Theory on Taking Aspirin in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨基于FOCUS-PDCA理论的护理管理对冠心病患者服用阿司匹林的依从性、自我效能的影响。方法:选择本院2019年5月—2022年8月收治的冠心病介入治疗后患者96例作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机简单分配原则把患者分为FOCUS组48例与对照组48例。两组均给予阿司匹林口服治疗,对照组在阿司匹林口服治疗期间给予常规护理,FOCUS组在对照组护理基础上给予基于FOCUS-PDCA理论的护理管理,比较两组服药依从性、主要心血管不良事件发生率、自我效能及生活质量。结果:FOCUS组服药依从性发生率为100.00%,高于对照组的89.58%(P<0.05)。FOCUS组主要心血管不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);FOCUS组护理后自我效能、心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于FOCUS-PDCA理论的护理管理能提高冠心病患者服用阿司匹林的依从性,也可提高自我效能,降低主要心血管不良事件发生率,持续提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing management based on FOCUS-PDCA theory on the compliance and self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease taking aspirin.Methods:A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of 1:1 random simple distribution,the patients were divided into FOCUS group(48 cases)and control group(48 cases).Both groups were given aspirin oral treatment,the control group was given routine nursing during aspirin oral treatment,and the FOCUS group was given nursing management based on FOCUS-PDCA theory on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events,self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of medication compliance in the FOCUS group was 100.00%,which was higher than 89.58%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in the FOCUS group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy,psychological function,material life,physical function and social function in the FOCUS group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing management based on FOCUS-PDCA theory can improve the compliance of patients with coronary heart disease taking aspirin,improve their self-efficacy,reduce the incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events,and continuously improve their quality of life.
