摘要
风力机长期运行状态下易出现翼型表面粗糙度增大的情况,对其气动性能产生一定影响。为了探究粗糙壁面对翼型气动特性的影响,基于壁面函数分布律修正实现粗糙壁面条件计算,通过CFD数值计算方法,针对壁面光滑条件及粗糙条件进行翼型气动特性计算。结果表明,与壁面光滑条件相比,粗糙条件下翼型升力系数降低,失速攻角提前,阻力系数增大,升阻比大幅下降,最优攻角提前,翼型气动性能整体下降。
Wind turbines are prone to increased roughness of the airfoil surface during long-term operation,which has a certain impact on its aerodynamic performance.In order to investigate the effect of roughness on the aerodynamic properties of the airfoil,the calculation of the aerodynamic properties of the airfoil is carried out for both smooth and rough conditions by means of CFD numerical calculations based on the correction of the wall function distribution law.The results show that the lift coefficient of the airfoil decreases,the stall angle of attack advances,the drag coefficient increases,the lift-to-drag ratio decreases significantly,the optimum angle of attack advances and the overall aerodynamic performance of the airfoil decreases under rough conditions compared to smooth conditions.
