公园绿地平疫转换适宜性研究——以呼和浩特市为例

摘要 依据应急医疗设施的建设要求以及呼和浩特市的具体情况,构建了公园绿地平疫转换适宜性评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法对呼和浩特市28座公园绿地平疫转换适宜性进行了定量评价,从而得出呼和浩特市28座公园绿地的平疫转换适宜性等级,结果显示,蒙古风情园、敕勒川草原、南湖湿地公园、阿尔泰游乐园、草原丝绸之路文化主题公园5座公园适宜作为防疫公园。依据评价结果,城市防疫公园在未来规划布局方面应提升公园绿地防疫布局的空间均衡性和整合度,在建设方面首先应提升防疫承载力,其次要发挥公园绿地的康复疗养功能,最后要充分利用公园绿地现有公共设施。 Based on the requirements for construction of emergency medical facilities and the specific conditions of Hohhot,an index system was constructed to evaluate the suitability of conversion of park green spaces for epidemic prevention,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to quantitatively evaluate the suitability of conversion of 28 parks in Hohhot for epidemic prevention.The results showed that five parks,namely Mongolian Folk Culture Park,Cilechuan Grassland,South Lake Wetland Park,Altai Amusement Park and Grassland Silk Road Cultural Theme Park,were suitable for epidemic prevention.According to the evaluation results,in the future planning and layout of urban epidemic prevention parks,the spatial balance and integration of the epidemic prevention layout of the park's green space should be improved.In terms of construction,first,the epidemic prevention bearing capacity should be improved,secondly,the rehabilitation and recuperation functions of the park's green space should be brought into play,and finally,the existing public facilities of the park's green space should be fully utilized.
