摘要
锅炉炉底底部水封的作用是保持炉膛下部动静结合处的严密性,防止空气漏入炉膛,使火焰中心上移,造成管壁超温,其次就是防止空气漏入炉膛恶化炉膛内部的燃烧。本文选取广州中电某电厂#1机捞渣机故障破环水封处理导致锅炉MFT事故进行了全面分析,试验验对比得出:捞渣机水封漏风量会严重影响锅炉的燃烧,在抢修捞渣机时可以调整炉膛微正压减少漏风量。
The role of the water seal at the bottom of the boiler furnace is to maintain the tightness of the dynamic and dynamic combination at the lower part of the furnace,prevent air leakage into the furnace,make the flame center move up,causing the pipe wall overtemperature,and then it is to prevent air leakage into the furnace from worsening the combustion inside the furnace.This paper selects the boiler MFT accident caused by the failure of the slag collecting machine,which is comprehensively analyzed.The test comparison shows that the water sealing air leakage volume of the slag collecting machine will seriously affect the combustion of the boiler,and the micro-positive pressure of the furnace can be adjusted to reduce the air leakage amount during the emergency repair of the slag collecting machine.
