摘要
文中针对某电厂锅炉送风机自投用至今,电机轴承温度一直偏高,轴温升高到70摄氏度,常常产生烧瓦安全事故。期内经常采用外接冷却风冷却和更换润滑油,效果并不理想,而检查电机轴承的振动、声音均正常。轴的持续高温经常驱使机组减少出力和停风机检修,严重影响机组的安全经济运行。最后经过设备及系统安全、节能的技术交流拟定技术改造方案,用较小的投入对设备进行安全改造和节能改造,取得长期的安全效果和经济效益。
In the text for a power plant boiler fan since the commissioning of the motor bearing temperature has been high,shaft temperature rose to 70 degrees Celsius,often resulting in burning tile safety accidents.Period often used over external cooling air cooling and replacement of lubricating oil,the effect is not ideal,and check the vibration of the motor bearing,sound are normal.The continuous high temperature of the shaft often drives the unit to reduce output and stop the fan for maintenance,which seriously affects the safe and economic operation of the unit.Finally,after the equipment and system safety,energy-saving technical exchanges to develop technical transformation program,with a smaller investment in equipment safety transformation and energy-saving transformation,to achieve long-term safety results and economic benefits.
