康复新液联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效观察及对血清IL-12、IL-17水平的影响

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Kangfuxin Solution Combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets on Erosive Oral Lichen Planus and Its Effect on Serum Levels of IL-12 and IL-17

目的:观察康复新液联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法:选取82例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各41例。对照组给予硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,研究组给予康复新液联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗。2组均以1周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后评估2组临床疗效、口腔糜烂面积、疼痛程度、血清炎症因子及免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)]水平。结果:研究组总有效率为92.68%,对照组为75.61%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组口腔糜烂面积、VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组口腔糜烂面积、VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-12、IL-17水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组IL-12、IL-17水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组IgG、IgA、IgM水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项体液免疫指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液联合硫酸羟氯喹片治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效确切,能抑制机体炎症反应,改善机体免疫力,减轻疼痛,缩小病灶糜烂面积。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets on erosive oral lichen planus(OLP)and its effect on serum levels of interleukin-12(IL-12)and interleukin-17(IL-17).Methods:A total of 82 erosive OLP patients were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets.With one month being a treatment course,the clinical effects,oral erosion area,pain degree,serum inflammatory factors and immune function indexes,including immune globulin G(IgG),IgA and IgM in the two groups were evaluated after 4 courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 92.68%in the study group and 75.61%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the oral erosion area and VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the oral erosion area and VAS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-12 and IL-17 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-12 and IL-17 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the humoral immune indexes in the upper scapes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets has a definite effect on the treatment of erosive OLP,which can inhibit inflammation,improve the body immunity,relieve pain,and reduce the erosive area of lesions.
