中药熏蒸联合盒灸疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍临床研究

Clinical Study on Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Box Moxibustion Therapy for Limb Dysfunction After Stroke

目的:观察中药熏蒸联合盒灸疗法治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将118例脑卒中后肢体功能障碍患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各59例。对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药熏蒸联合盒灸疗法治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、肢体功能及神经功能缺损程度。结果:治疗后,2组半身不遂、肢体麻木、乏力、气短积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组半身不遂、肢体麻木、乏力、气短积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月,2组上肢、下肢功能评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组上肢、下肢功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,2组上肢、下肢功能评分均较治疗1个月升高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分均较治疗1个月降低(P<0.05);观察组上肢、下肢功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合盒灸疗法治疗能够有效改善脑卒中后患者的肢体功能,促进其神经功能恢复。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with box moxibustion therapy for limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods:A total of 118 cases of patients with limb dysfunction after stroke were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine fumigation combined with box moxibustion therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,limb function,and degree of neurological deficit were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of hemiplegia,limb numbness,fatigue,and shortness of breath in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the scores of hemiplegia,limb numbness,fatigue,and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After a 1-month treatment,the scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After a 3-month treatment,the scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the two groups were increased when compared with those after a 1-month treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores were decreased when compared with those after a 1-month treatment(P<0.05);the scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine fumigation combined with box moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the limb function and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients after stroke.
