各民族交往交流交融发展的嵌入机制研究——基于新疆北部三个社区的考察

Developmental Embedding Mechanism of Interaction,Communication,and Integration among Ethnic Groups-Based on a Survey of Three Communities in Northern Xinjiang

文章以三个社区民族志调查为基础,对新疆北部各民族在空间、文化、经济、社会与心理等方面的嵌入过程与形态进行了描述和分析,提炼出了各民族“在交融中不断发展,在发展中不断交融”的嵌入机制。这套机制是各族群众生活历程与社区发展历程互构的自然结果,不同层面的嵌入构成了整合有序的结构功能体系,并在日常生活中不断展演和再生产。新中国成立以来,各民族间的平等地位、共同目标、共生合作与相关制度保障为各民族交往交流交融发展的嵌入机制的深入发展提供了条件。新时代,各民族交往交流交融发展的嵌入机制仍在不断发展和完善。

Based on the ethnographic surveys of three communities,this paper describes and analyzes the embedding process and form of different ethnic groups in Northern Xinjiang in terms of space,culture,economy,society and psychology,from which the embedding mechanism is extracted,that is,“continuous development in integration and continuous integration in development”.This mechanism is the natural result of the mutual construction between the life process of the people from different ethnic groups and the development process of the community.The embedding of different levels constitutes a structural and functional system with integration and order,which is continuously displayed and reproduced in daily life.Since the founding of New China,the equal status,common goals,symbiotic cooperation and institutional guarantee have provided conditions for the deep development of the embedded mechanism for the development of interaction,communication and integration among different ethnic groups.In the new era,the embedding mechanism is still being developed and improved.
