外泌体非编码RNA作为胃癌诊断潜在生物标志物的研究进展

Research Progress of Exosomal Non-coding RNA as Potential Biomarkers for Gastric Cancer Diagnosis

在消化系统疾病中,胃癌较为常见,是一种恶性肿瘤,具有高发病率、高病死率等特点,对患者生命健康造成巨大威胁。由于胃癌早期没有明显的症状,极易被忽视,导致确诊时已至中晚期,丧失了手术的最佳时机,最终无法取得良好效果。因此,采取积极有效的措施,提高胃癌早期鉴别的准确性,对制定治疗方案、改进预后具有极为重要的意义。近年来对胃癌发病机制及治疗的研究不断深入,许多新型、高效的诊断手段在胃癌早期诊断和预后评估中发挥了重要作用,其中外泌体非编码RNA属于新的热门课题,在临床上常被认为是治疗靶标不明疾病和监测胃癌发生发展过程的潜在生物标志物,本文就对其研究进展进行综述。

In digestive system diseases,gastric cancer is more common,is a kind of malignant tumor,with high incidence,high mortality and other characteristics,has a great threat to the life and health of patients.Since there are no obvious symptoms in the early stage of gastric cancer,it is easy to be ignored,leading to the loss of the best opportunity for surgery at the time of diagnosis and the loss of good results.Therefore,it is of great significance to take active and effective measures to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of gastric cancer for formulating treatment plan and improving prognosis.Pathogenesis and treatment of gastric carcinoma in recent years studies have advanced,many new and efficient means of diagnosis in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer and prognosis evaluation plays an important role,which secrete body outside the non-coding RNA belongs to a new hot topic,often considered clinically therapeutic targets for unknown diseases and monitoring of potential biomarkers for gastric cancer development,This paper reviews its research progress.
