齐鲁中医药国际传播历史和面临的问题及对策研究

History,Problems and Countermeasures of Qilu Traditional Chinese Medicine International Dissemination

山东省中医药文化底蕴深厚,有着以扁鹊为代表的齐鲁医学和以儒家思想为代表的齐鲁文化;并且该省中药材种植环境良好,是道地药材的重要产区。齐鲁中医药国际传播历史悠久、影响深远,开展齐鲁中医药国际传播是推动“中华文化走出去”的客观需要。但是,面对严峻的国际形势,齐鲁中医药在文化内涵、中药材种植与质量、品牌建设与宣传、国际教育等方面存在不足。因此,齐鲁中医药界应该不断挖掘和提升文化内涵,提高中药材质量和管理水平,加强国际交流合作,深化国际话语权与知识产权保护,推动国际教育与人才建设,提高自身国际传播的深度和广度,为推动“中华文化走出去”贡献山东力量。

Shandong Province has a profound culture of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),with Bian Que as the rep-resentative of Qilu medicine and Confucianism as the representative of Qilu culture.The province enjoys an excellent planting environment for Chinese medicinal herbs,and it is an important producing area of genuine medicinal materials.Qilu TCM has a long history of international dissemination and far-reaching influence.Carrying out the international dissemination of Qilu TCM is the objective requirement to promote"Chinese Culture Going Out".However,facing the severe international situation,Qilu TCM has shortcomings in cultural connotation,planting and quality of Chinese me-dicinal herbs,brand construction and publicity,and international education.Therefore,Qilu TCM should continuously explore and enhance its cultural connotation,improve the quality and management of Chinese medicinal herbs,strength-en international exchange and cooperation,deepen international discourse and intellectual property protection,promote international education and talent construction,and improve the depth and breadth of its international dissemination,so as to contribute to the power of Shandong in promoting of"Chinese culture going abroad".
