Brief Discussions of Wangbi Capsule Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis's Experience

尪痹胶囊是已故全国名老中医焦树德先生结合其丰富临床经验所创立的治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)经典方药,是目前中医临床上广泛应用于治疗RA等多种疾病的常用处方。研究表明,尪痹胶囊联合免疫抑制剂治疗以RA为首,且以关节变形、僵直,骨质受损、破坏为主要临床表现的一类疾病,具有更明显的抑制骨破坏、改善局部炎症、提高生活质量的功效,有助于患者早日痊愈、回归社会。对尪痹胶囊的临床应用及焦树德老中医的部分理论进行阐述,并附病案一则,以飨同道。

Wangbi Capsule is a classic prescription for rheumatoid arthritis(RA)established by the late famous tradi-tional Chinese medicine doctor Jiao Shude combined with his rich clinical experience.Which is widely used as a common prescription for RA and other diseases in TCM clinic.Research shows that Wangbi capsules combined immunosuppres-sant to treated RA with joint deformation/rigidity,bone damage/destruction as the main clinical manifestations,has more obvious inhibition of bone destruction,improve the effect of local inflammation and the quality of life.Then pa-tients will better clinical recovery,returning to society to lay a solid foundation.This paper elaborates the clinical appli-cation of Wangbi capsule and some theories of Mr.Jiao Shude and shares a case for discussion.
