摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术探讨针灸治疗中风后尿潴留的选穴规律。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang)、维普期刊全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)及PubMed收录的针灸治疗中风后尿潴留的临床研究文献,采用MicrosoftExcel2016建立数据库。运用IBM SPSSStatistics26.0及IBM SPSS Modeler18.0软件对数据进行描述性分析、关联规则分析与聚类分析。结果:共纳入137篇文献,涉及穴位86个,总频次为811次。据统计,前三的高频穴位为关元(85次)、中极(80次)、三阴交(65次)。选取的经脉以任脉、膀胱经及脾经为主,特定穴以交会穴、募穴及背俞穴为常选穴。关联规则分析(置信度≥90%,支持度≥20%)共得到13个穴位关联组,支持度最高的穴对为气海+关元(42.03%)、三联关联穴组为气海+关元+中极(30.43%),增益最高的是四联关联穴组上髎+中髎+下髎+次髎(4.45)。通过对使用频数>10的腧穴进行聚类分析,可分为4个有效聚类群。结论:针灸治疗中风后尿潴留的临床选穴具有一定规律性,可为临床上针灸治疗选穴提供参考。
Objective:Based on data mining technology,to explore the law of acupoint selection for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of urinary retention after stroke.Methods:The clinical research literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of urinary retention after stroke included in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM and PubMed were searched by computer,and the database was established by Microsoft Excel 2016.IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used to conduct descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis on the data.Results:Totally 137 articles were included,involving 86 points,with a total frequency of 811 times.According to statistics,the first three high-frequency acupoints are Guanyuan(85 times),Zhongji(80 times)and Sanyinjiao(65 times).The selected meridians are mainly Ren meridian,bladder meridian and spleen meridian,and the specific points are Jiaohui point,Mupoint and Beishu point.Association rule analysis(confidence level≥90%,support level≥20%)yielded 13 acupoint association groups.The highest support point pair was Qihai Guanyuan(42.03%),the triple association point group was Qihai Guanyuan+Zhongji(30.43%),and the highest gain point group was Shangliao Zhongliao+Xialiao+Ciliao(4.45).Through cluster analysis on acupoints with frequency of use10,it can be divided into 4 effective cluster groups.Conclusion:The clinical selection of acupuncture points for the treatment of urinary retention after stroke has a certain regularity,which can provide a reference for the clinical selection of acupuncture points.
