摘要
胆碱能抗炎通路(CAIP)作为沟通胆碱能神经系统与免疫系统之间的调节通路,可抑制促炎细胞因子释放以防治炎性疾病的进一步发展。CAIP发挥抗炎效应与P38MAPK、NF-κB和JAK2/STAT3多个信号转导通路密切相关。针灸也可通过CAIP发挥抗炎作用,故以此探讨针灸基于CAIP介导的p38MAPK、NF-κB、JAK2/STAT3信号转导通路调控炎性反应的研究概况。
Cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway(CAIP),as a regulatory pathway between cholinergic nervous system and immune system,can inhibit the release of proinflammatory cytokines to prevent the further development of inflammatory diseases.The anti-inflammatory effect of CAIP is closely related to P38MAPK,NF-κB and JAK2/STAT3 signal transduction pathways.Acupuncture can also exert anti-inflammatory effects through CAIP.Therefore,this study aims to explore the research overview of acupuncture regulating inflammatory response based on CAIP-mediated p38MAPK,NF-κB,JAK2/STAT3 signal transduction pathway.
